Terms & Conditions
1. General
By placing an order with Grazed Co, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all orders placed via our website, social media, email or direct message. Grazed Co. reserves the right to update or modify these T&C's at any time without prior notice.
2. Orders & Payment
Full payment is required to secure all standard grazing box orders unless otherwise agreed in writing. For large event catering, a 50% non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking date, with the remaining balance due prior to delivery. Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received. Prices are subject to change without notice.
3. Order Cut-Off Times
Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to your scheduled delivery date may be eligible for a store credit at our discretion. Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery are non-refundable due to food preparation and supplier commitments. Deposits for large events are strictly non-refundable. No refunds will be issued once products have been delivered or collected.
4. Delivery & Pickup
Standard grazing box orders require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Large events and custom catering orders require at least 5–7 days’ notice. Grazed Co. may accommodate last-minute orders depending on availability, but this is not guaranteed.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
We offer delivery within Canberra and Queanbeyan. A standard delivery fee of $15 applies, with additional fees possible depending on location. Pickup is available from Googong, with the address provided upon confirmation of your order.
While we make every effort to deliver on time, Grazed Co. is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Dietary Requirements & Allergies
Vegetarian and gluten-free options are available upon request. While we take care in preparation, all products are prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, gluten, seafood, soy and eggs. We cannot guarantee that any item is completely allergen-free. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform guests of potential allergens.
7. Food Safety
All grazing boxes and catering items must be refrigerated if not consumed immediately. Products should be consumed within 4 hours of delivery if left unrefrigerated. Grazed Co. is not liable for any issues arising from improper storage, handling, or consumption outside recommended timeframes once the order has been delivered or collected.
8. Styling & Product Substitutions
Due to seasonal availability and supplier changes, Grazed Co. reserves the right to substitute products with items of equal or greater value and similar quality. Presentation and styling may vary slightly from promotional photos.
9. Equipment Hire
Any hire items including boards, stands, or platters remain the property of Grazed Co. and must be returned in their original condition within the agreed timeframe. Replacement fees may apply for damaged, lost, or unreturned items.
10. Photos & Marketing
Grazed Co. may photograph grazing setups for promotional use on social media and our website. If you prefer your order or event not to be photographed, you must notify us in writing prior to delivery.
11. Legal Disclaimer
By purchasing from Grazed Co, you acknowledge and agree to the following.
All food products are prepared and supplied in good faith and in accordance with Australian food safety standards. Once products have been delivered or collected, Grazed Co. accepts no responsibility for improper storage, failure to refrigerate, consumption outside recommended timeframes, cross-contamination after delivery, or allergic reactions where ingredients have been disclosed. Customers assume full responsibility for the safe handling and consumption of all products once received.
While we take care in preparation, our kitchen handles common allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, seafood, soy and eggs. As such, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely allergen-free. Grazed Co. will not be held liable for any allergic reactions.
To the fullest extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Grazed Co.'s liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use or consumption of our products. We are also not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including supplier shortages, extreme weather, transport disruptions, or emergencies. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot legally be excluded.
Grazed Co. shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay is due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, fire, flood, pandemics, government restrictions, transport disruption, or supplier failure.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
