Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Areas

Grazed Co currently offers delivery within Canberra and Queanbeyan. Delivery outside these areas may be available upon request and may incur additional fees.

 

Pickup is available from Googong. The full pickup address will be provided once your order has been confirmed.

  

2. Delivery Fees 

A standard delivery fee of $15 applies within our local delivery zone. Additional delivery fees may apply depending on distance, access requirements, stairs, timed delivery requests or large event setups. Any additional charges will be confirmed prior to finalising your order.

3. Delivery Timeframes

We will provide an agreed delivery window at the time of booking. While we make every effort to deliver within the scheduled timeframe, delivery times are estimates only.

 

Grazed Co. is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, road closures, vehicle breakdowns, supplier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

 

4. Authority to Leave

If you provide authority for your order to be left unattended, Grazed Co. accepts no responsibility for theft, damage, weather exposure or temperature control after delivery.

 

All grazing boxes and catering items are perishable and must be refrigerated promptly if not consumed immediately.

 

5. Incorrect Address Details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Grazed Co. is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details. Additional delivery fees may apply if redelivery is required.

 

6. Pickup Responsibility

 For pickup orders from Googong, customers are responsible for collecting their order at the agreed time. Once the order has been collected, full responsibility transfers to the customer for safe transport, storage and consumption.

7. Large Event Deliveries

For catering and event setups, the customer must ensure clear access to the delivery location. Grazed Co. reserves the right to adjust setup arrangements if access is restricted or conditions are deemed unsafe.

 

Any hire equipment included in event deliveries remains the property of Grazed Co. and must be returned in accordance with agreed terms.
